I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a kitchenette, large wardrobe, balcony, and comfortable furniture, making it easy to relax. The service was attentive but the language barrier could be a challenge for non-Spanish speakers. The location in Zona 10 was convenient, close to great dining spots. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a mix of Guatemalan and regular cuisine. Overall, a good choice for a visit to Guate.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were well-furnished with nice amenities, but unfortunately, they were very dirty, didn't smell good, and had brownish curtains. The service provided was impeccable, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The location was terrific, in the business district of Guatemala City. However, the service staff were not pleasant on some occasions, which was a downside.
The hotel offers great value for money with spacious rooms and a nice breakfast. The veranda added a nice touch, even though I didn't use it. Having a kitchenette was convenient, and the room was large at an affordable price.
